We have organized more than 50 Indiana GIS layers into a county-by-county atlas. Each layer covers the county with a 3-mile buffer, and all are in the same projection system (UTM, NAD83). Layers include topographic maps, aerial photos, land use, crops, natural features such as streams and lakes, and the 2000 census data. Census data includes road with street addresses, railroads, schools as well as current town boundaries, and population features. Other layers from state agencies such as IDEM, INDOT, and IDNR are also included. Free browsing software is included. All the data is available elsewhere in various places, but not in a uniform extent and projection system. For more information, contact Larry Theller
