Forming Good Habits
in Children to Avoid Obesity
|
 |
You can
form either good or bad habits for anything you do, including
eating. When, where, and what you eat may be something you
do not think much about. Are there times when you find yourself
eating and you were not aware of what you were doing?
This happens
because you have formed the habit. Right now your children
are forming habits. They may copy your habits, or you may
be encouraging a particular behavior to become a habit. You
need to do what you can to encourage good habits and discourage
bad ones. Habits are difficult to change. Good
habits need to be formed at a young age.
