Using the Purdue Extension Electronic Impact Statement

Use the Purdue Extension electronic Impact statement to send high-quality Impact statements using Microsoft Outlook. The statement is an easy and inexpensive way to spread the word about the efforts Purdue Extension is making in your county.
Save the Impact satement template
Basically, the steps for using this template are simple. First, you need to save the template to your computer.
Impact reporting template
Click on the "Impact reporting template " link above to open the template in a new browser window.
After the template appears, click on the "File" menu in your browser's top tool bar and select "Save As" to bring up the dialogue box.
In the dialogue box, select the folder on your computer where you want to save the template.
In the "File name:" box, give the Impact template a name you will remember (such as "impacttemplate").
Where it says, "Save as type:" select "Web Page, HTML only (*.htm, *.html)" from the pull down menu.
Click on the "Save" button.
Instructions for modifying the Impact statement
Click "Instructions for modifying the Impact statement " to download a PDF file of basic instructions for the electronic Impact statement.
