December:

Poinsettias
The poinsettia, the most popular holiday plant, is best known as the plant with bright red flowers on a green background. Learn more about this holiday favorite.

Holly
Many legends have grown up around holly plants. The custom of decorating dwelling places with evergreen holly derives from the Druid belief that woodland spirits would take refuge from the rigors of winter in the holly branches. In Christian England, holly (believed by some to be a corruption of the word holy) was used to decorate churches, houses and market places at Christmas.

Holiday Wreaths
One of the most popular decorations is the holiday wreath. Wreaths may be used in many different ways in residences, offices, and other buildings: on the stairway, on the walls, on doors within the rooms, or as a centerpiece on a table.

Indoor Plants for the Holidays
Well, it might not actually be the holidays, but here is a list of attractive indoor plants that will bring life to your home.
