Indoor Plant Care
If you have been puzzled as to why some indoor plants thrive while others refuse to flourish, this article is for you. Most indoor plant problems can be easily corrected and even more easily prevented.

Terrariums
A terrarium, a garden in an enclosed glass container, makes a delightful way to grow to a collection of small plants. With proper care, a terrarium will create a humid atmosphere that protects tender, tropical plants that are difficult to grow in the normally dry atmosphere of our homes. It can also help to start new plants.

Cats and House Plants
House plants provide a wonderful play ground/toy for house cats. The plants themselves, as well as the potting soil, are irresistible attractions for bored cats. Some house plants are toxic to cats, so make sure you have only non-toxic plants within the reach of your pets.

Garden With Garbage
Instead of throwing out that pineapple top, turn it into a houseplant! Carrot tops and avocado pits can also be salvaged from the garbage pail to the ranks of houseplants. Give gardening with garbage a try.
