Curriculum Guides

Curriculum guides help professionals deliver specific programs. Some are brief, single-session outlines, while the majority are larger series. Most are available for a reasonable fee from Purdue's Media Distribution Center. Not to be confused with non-curriculum guides (also known as Frameworks).

A program designed to assist adults in understanding the key characteristics of effective character education and the parent's role in building character traits in the children in their lives.

It's My Child, Too!  A Curriculum for Fathers
A short-term parenting education program for young fathers in need of knowledge and skills associated with competent parenting. The program was prepared for young fathers living in high-risk circumstances.

Parenting Piece by Piece
A curriculum outline for a series of eight parenting education sessions. It was designed for use with parents who have been mandated to attend parenting training due to their identification as physically or emotionally abusive and/or neglectful parents.

Teen Decisions
A youth and adult education program that addresses issues surrounding healthy adolescent sexuality by using an improvisational theater format.
