FNP Reaches Limited Resource Audiences

The Family Nutrition Program serves everyone who has limited resources including families, single adults, seniors, and special audiences.

The Family Nutrition Program works in collaboration with many community agencies and organizations.  Here are a list of just a few; The Food Stamp Program, WIC, IMPACT, Head Start. Food Pantries, Soup Kitchens, and Senior Nutrition Programs.

FNP Participants Learn Food Choices

Participants learn to eat better for less!  FNP provides activities that promote healthy eating and life-style behaviors within a limited budget.  Participants lean to choose five a day fruits and vegetables, stretch their food dollar, eat less fat and sugar, prepare healthy snacks, and to avoid foodborne illness.  All program are tailored to meet the needs of the target audience.
