  Release forms are required to be on file in the Extension Office prior to participation in any activity related to your equine or Shooting Sports project (regardless of whether or not animals are present in the case of equine, or whether or not you're shooting in the case of Shooting Sports).

Animal/Livestock Project Enrollment Forms - DUE MAY 15th! State Fair Information - www.indianastatefair.com
If you have an animal or livestock project, you have important paperwork due in May.  For many of you, the deadline is May 15th.  For those of you with Dairy Feeder Steers, Goats, and Sheep, your enrollment forms will be due at animal ID day on the 8th or 9th of May.  Information is being mailed to all members signed up for animal/livestock projects.  The following link will take you to the general information that you'll receive in the mail.  The forms are NOT available on-line.  Please be sure you receive your packet in the mail and review all materials thoroughly!  It is your responsibility to do so! *Coming soon!
