The Family Nutrition Program is a free, interactive program helping people with limited resources learn to stretch food dollars while eating nutritiously.  At home or in a group setting, the lucky participants enjoy hands-on learning activities (FUN) and taste healthy snacks and main dishes (YUM).  Upon completion of five sessions, a free cookbook is earned!   The Family Nutrition Program is helping Hoosiers eat better for less one person at a time.
