The Extension office is located in the Court House Annex, approximately 1 and 1/2 miles South of the intersection of State Road 109 and US Highway 30 on Line Street. It is 1/2 block South of the intersection of South Line Street and Van Buren Street downtown Columbia City. It is also 1 block west of the Whitley County Courthouse.

The Whitley County 4-H Fairgrounds is located on Lincolnway approximately 1/3 mile South of the intersection of US Highway 30 and Lincolnway on the West Side of Columbia City. The 4-H Center faces Squawbuck Road on the South property line of the fairgrounds.
