an excel spreadsheet version that you can type directly into and save as an .xls (ie. "John Smith Record of Achievment.xls")

 

4-H Recipe Card  - Word format (.doc) - You can download this file and type directly into this form and save it onto your computer.  Please NOTE:  The ingredient and instruction fields will expand when typing causing shifting in the formatting.  In this case, you will want to backspace until the correct format appears.  Finish your ingredients and instructions on the back of the card.
