Welcome to Steuben County 4-H
What is 4-H?
4-H is the largest youth serving organization in the U.S.A. It is a volunteer-led organization that reaches youth through a variety of programs in both rural and urban settings.
4-H programs are hands-on, age-appropriate, and university-based. 4-H helps youth improve their self-confidence, learn responsibility and subject matter, and develop leadership, citizenship, communication, and decision-making skills that can be applied over a lifetime.
Who Can Join 4-H?
4-H is for anyone and everyone in grades 3-12.
Tiny Clovers Mini 4-H is for kids in grades 1-2.

How Do I Join 4-H?

You must fill out an official Steuben County enrollment form and return it to the Extension Office by April 1. The 4-H calendar begins on September 1 and ends August 31. April 1 is ALWAYS the enrollment deadline for the current year.
We will match you up with a 4-H club in your township or community and help you to contact the club leader.
