Program (Rural TRIP) -
A Purdue
Cooperative Extension Service.
Rural TRIP serves:

Indiana rural communities by providing
research-based reports and expert opinions valuable for
developing and promoting Indiana counties as rural tourism
destinations.

Purdue tourism students by providing databases
for use in class assignments and hands-on experience in working with Indiana
communities on rural tourism projects.
- Visitors to Indiana by providing directory
services to rural destinations in rural Indiana.
Rural TRIP is:

by Purdue University Cooperative Extension Service.

Operated by
the Purdue Tourism & Hospitality Research Center (PTHRC), Department
of Hospitality & Tourism Management in the School of Consumer
& Family Sciences.

In cooperation
with the Leadership and Community Development Program, Purdue Extension.
- In partnership with Convention & Visitors
Bureaus of Indiana counties currently in contact with PTHRC.
