Welcome to the Randolph County Fairgrounds!

Located just 2-1/2 miles south of Winchester, Indiana, on US Highway 27, the Randolph County 4-H Fairgrounds was built to serve as the home of the Randolph County 4-H Fair.  The Fairgrounds has grown to offer a host of rental facilities for both public and private events.  Air-conditioned  meeting facilities, show arenas, outdoor venues, and camping facilities make it ideal for:
