I'm a 4-H Parent...
Now What?

Dear 4-H Family: |

On behalf of the Porter County 4-H members and Adult 4-H Volunteers, I would like to welcome your family to the Porter County 4-H Program. 4-H is an exciting, fun, interesting, and rewarding experience for your children. |
To make the 4-H experience the best that it can be your help is needed. Parents and family members of 4-H members play a major role in the learning and growth experiences that children have in 4-H. Your interest and support of 4-H programming will help the 4-H member gain new skills, learn to work with others, and make new friends. We know that the more a child puts into 4-H, the more he or she will get out of it. |

4-H is a family affair! 4-H needs your help and assistance, and you have an opportunity to grow right along with the 4-H member. Please read the information in this packet and ask questions so you can find out more about 4-H and support our 4-H members as they "Make the Best Better" through 4-H. |
