4-H Council Duties
- To make the rules and regulations governing 4-H club work in Martin County.
- To aid Extension Educator in selecting Achievement and Award winners.
- To assist in 4-H Fair preparations for 4-H exhibits.
- Responsibility of Officers to see that the budget is submitted to County Auditor by July 30.
- To conduct fund raising events for the sole purpose to finance the 4-H program.
- To help provide facilities for holding 4-H exhibits (4-H Fairgrounds).
- To have general direction of the county 4-H club program.
- To be responsible for conducting a 4-H Fair.
