Living Well for Life - Lake County

Leading a healthy lifestyle of physical activity and eating right should be a goal for everyone, even older adults. Using the newly revised MyPyramid as a guide to food choices and being physically active can have a positive effect on living well for life. Being physically active also contributes greatly to our social and emotional well-being. Participants will develop an individualized action plan that will list steps to take to make positive changes in diet, exercise, social relationships, and in handling the joys and sorrows of daily living.
