4-H Youth Programs - Huntington County
4-H is a community of young people learning leadership, citizenship, and life skills.
4-H is one of the largest youth development organizations in Indiana and the largest in the nation with 6.5 million young people.
4-H's learning opportunities are intentionally designed around four essential elements necessary for positive youth development by providing youth with: supervised independence, a sense of belonging with a positive group, a spirit of generosity toward others and a wide variety of opportunities to master life challenges.
The Huntington County 4-H program claims more than 900 members in 4-H community clubs & groups, ranging from grades from grades 3 through 12.
