With the help of the Family
Nutrion Advisor, you will learn:

Healthy food to
eat
and how much of them to eat.
How habits like
smoking
and drinking affect your baby.
How to feed your
baby
after it is born.
After finishing the "Have A Healthy Baby" Program, you will receive a certificate and then you will be eligible to enroll in the EFNEP program and learn more about how to save money and make healthy meals for your family. The cost of this program is one hour a week of your time to invest in the health of you and your baby!!! Howard County also will give B.A.B.E. coupons after the program is completed.
You qualify for "Have A Healthy Baby and EFNEP if you:
