When you're finished with the veggies you can eat the bowl!

Cheese & Apple Sailboats
What you need: 1 small apple, 4 slices of cheese, and toothpicks.

What you do: Wash the fruit and remove any leaves. Ask an adult to help you cut or scoop the melon. Carefully spear fruit using various colors on each stick to resemble a rainbow. Serve as a snack or dessert.

What you need: 1 (7-8 inch) flour tortilla; 2 tablespoons dairy sour cream ranch or chive dip; 2 slices very thinly sliced cooked beef, chicken, turkey or ham; 1/4 cup sprouts or shredded lettuce; 2 tablespoons finely chopped mushrooms; 2 tablespoons finely chopped tomato.
What you do: Ask an adult to help you use a knife in the following instructions.
Place the tortilla on the cutting board. Spread the dip over the tortilla with a table knife. Place the meat in a single layer on top of the tortilla. Top with sprouts or lettuce, the mushrooms, and the tomato. Roll the tortilla up tightly. Place the tortilla with the seam side down on the cutting board. Use the knife to cut off the uneven ends. Cut the remaining tortilla roll into 4 pieces. Stand the pieces upright on the serving plate so they look like the silos we see next to barns!
