GPMG - Marion County

Garfield Park Master Gardener Association

There are currently two Master Gardener associations in Marion County. The Garfield Park Master Gardener Association (GPMG) meets on the south side of Marion County and the Marion County Master Gardener Association (MCMGA) meets on the north side. Membership in the Garfield Park Master Gardener Association is open to anyone who has participated in an approved Extension Master Gardener training program. Complete certification is not necessary prior to membership.

Monthly meetings of the Garfield Park Master Gardener Association are held the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30PM (usually at the Garfield Park Conservatory Building, 2450 Shelby Street, Indianapolis). After a short social time, the program begins about 6:30PM, followed by a short business meeting. The Garfield Park Master Gardener Association began in 1992.
