Reporting Hours - Marion County

Reporting Master Gardener Hours

Master Gardeners who belong to one of the Marion County Master Gardener associations should report their hours to the designated coordinator in each organization. Master Gardeners who are currently unaffiliated with either of these groups should report their volunteer hours to the Purdue Extension-Marion County office. For more information, contact Steve Mayer.

All Master Gardeners are requested to use the current Master Gardener Activity Report forms to report their training hours and volunteer hours at least every three months. This will help facilitate the task of recording all the hours.

The PDF version of the Activity Report below can be completed on your computer and e-mailed (save a copy in your computer) or it can be printed and completed by hand. Use the tab key to conveniently move through the form.
