2009 4-H Family Handbook
Below is the link to get you to the long awaited 2009 4-H Family Handbook. This is adobe format so anyone can download and print the document as needed. The handbook will be available at the Extension Office in Compact Disc format but only a LIMITED number of copies will actually be printed out. Please use this downloadable format if you can.

Please note we have put an amendment up for the 4-H Family Handbook. The changes have been made in the handbook also but we wanted to provide an amendment for those 4-H Families that have already printed off a copy of the handbook prior to March 23.

Frequetly Asked Questions
All Clover Bud, Mini 4-H, and 4-H forms MUST be intialed and signed by a parent or guardian. This is important because your child will not be enrolled without this information.
Below you will find the new Clover Bud enrollment form. You will have to print this form off and bring it into the Extension Office or mail it because we now require a Parent/guardian's signature on the form. This signature is a must, your child will not be enrolled without a Parent/guardian signature. Please remember that you now have to enroll your Clover Buds each year due to the change in the books.Please get your Clover Buds enrolled soon so you are sure to continue to get 4-H information.

2010 Adventure Day Dates
Remember if your child was in Kindergarten last year and is now in 1st grade, your child is ready for MINI 4-H. Below you will find information on the Mini 4-H program. We have also included the Mini 4-H Form for Grades 1 & 2. This a new Mini 4-H enrollment form, you will need to print it off and bring it into the Extension Office. The form now requires a parent/guardian signature and this signature is a must. There is no membership fee for Mini 4-H but the project books are $2.00 each.

We have listed the 2010 4-H Enrollment form for you to print off and fill out. This form MUST be brought into the Extension Office with all of the information filled out COMPLETELY and the release on the back intialed and signed. There is a $5.00 membership fee and most of the project manuals are $2.00. April 1 is the deadline to have this form and the membership fee turned in to the Extenison Office.
